Aardvark Welding Engineering have been keeping busy with our major contract to restore the external fire escapes for the John Fawkner Hospital. As we near to the end of January the project is now drawing to a close. Despite the extreme hot weather causing a few delays, the overall project is due for completion on schedule. The handrail on one side of the fire escape has been completely modified to comply with the regulatory standard. Allcott hire provided us with a needle gun to remove all rust from the steel framework. The overall project required nearly two tonnes of steel to be replaced. With the project nearing to its completion, Aardvark Welding Engineering are well placed and look forward to take on more projects on a similar scale.
